This Privacy Policy explains how CSG Production Group (“CSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through csgproduction.com (the “Site”). This Site is the corporate website for the CSG group. A division website may have its own privacy policy that applies when you visit that site or transact with that division.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form or communicate with us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, the division or service you are interested in, and the details you include in your message.
Technical information
Our hosting environment may automatically create routine server logs containing information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring URL, and the date and time of a request. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the Site.
Analytics information you choose to share
If you select “Accept analytics,” the Site loads Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a website measurement service provided by Google LLC. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate general location, browser and device characteristics, pseudonymous identifiers, and interactions with the Site. We use GA4 to measure traffic sources, page and device performance, clicks to CSG division websites, and successful contact-form submissions.
We do not send the name, email address, phone number, company, project description, or other contact-form contents to Google Analytics. Selecting “Decline” prevents the Site from loading GA4.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries and route a project to the appropriate CSG division;
- communicate about a requested project, capability, or service;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Site;
- understand which pages, devices, traffic sources, and division links are useful, when analytics consent has been granted;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable law and protect our rights.
We do not currently use the Site for email marketing, behavioral advertising, Meta Pixel, CRM profiling, or the sale of personal information. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and Google Ads integration are not enabled as part of this implementation.
3. Analytics Consent and Cookies
GA4 does not load until you affirmatively accept analytics. We remember your selection in browser storage so the Site can honor it on later visits. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie choices” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading on that browser; it does not erase information already processed before withdrawal.
See our Cookie Policy for additional information about the technologies used and how to manage your choice.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- the CSG division or personnel responsible for responding to your inquiry;
- hosting, email, security, analytics, and technical service providers that support the Site, including Google when you accept analytics;
- professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers; and
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, maintain business records, secure the Site, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact form submissions are emailed to the designated CSG contact and are not intentionally stored as a separate submission database within WordPress. Email and hosting providers may retain messages or logs under their own retention practices.
GA4 user- and event-level data is subject to a retention setting of no more than 14 months. Google may retain aggregated reporting data or process information under its own applicable terms and policies.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may accept or decline analytics without losing access to the public Site. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it as appropriate.
9. Third-Party and Division Websites
The Site links to CSG division websites and may link to other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
11. Contact Us
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at contact@csgproduction.com or through the Contact page. Our public location is Fort Worth, Texas.
