This Cookie Policy explains how CSG Production Group (“CSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technical features on csgproduction.com (the “Site”).
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a device. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, or identifiers used to operate a website, remember preferences, measure activity, or support advertising.
2. Necessary and Preference Technology
The public Site uses browser storage to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. This preference is necessary to honor your selection and does not itself load Google Analytics or enable advertising. It remains until you change the selection or clear browser storage.
The WordPress administration and login areas may use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, and interface preferences. Those areas are intended for authorized administrators, not ordinary public visitors. Our hosting environment may also process routine technical logs for security and operation; server logs are not cookies.
3. Google Analytics Cookies
If you select “Accept analytics,” the Site loads Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), provided by Google LLC. GA4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_ to distinguish browsers and measure Site activity. These cookies may remain for up to two years, subject to Google’s settings and policies.
We use GA4 to measure visits and traffic sources, page and device performance, clicks to CSG division websites, and successful contact-form submissions. We do not send contact-form fields or other directly identifying information to Analytics. Google Signals, advertising personalization, Google Ads integration, Meta Pixel, and cross-site behavioral advertising are not enabled as part of this implementation.
4. Your Analytics Choice
On your first visit, you may select “Accept analytics” or “Decline.” GA4 does not load before acceptance. You can review or change the selection later by using “Cookie choices” in the Site footer. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the Site will stop loading GA4 on future page views in that browser and will attempt to remove the Site’s GA cookies.
5. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies and local storage through their settings. Clearing browser data will also clear the saved analytics choice, so the Site may ask again on a later visit.
6. Third-Party and Division Websites
Links from this Site may lead to CSG division websites or other third-party services. Those sites may use cookies under their own policies. This Cookie Policy applies only to csgproduction.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce advertising, embedded media, maps, reCAPTCHA, CRM tools, email marketing, or other technology that materially changes our use of cookies or personal information, we will update this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy. Where legally required, we will also update the consent controls before non-essential technology is used.
