These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of csgproduction.com (the “Site”), operated under the CSG Production Group name (“CSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents general information about CSG Production Group and its divisions and provides a way to submit project inquiries. It is not an e-commerce checkout and does not itself accept orders or payments.
2. Inquiries Are Not Contracts
Submitting a contact form, email, or project inquiry does not create a contract, confirm availability, reserve production capacity, establish pricing, or obligate CSG or any division to perform work. A project becomes binding only through a separate written quote, order, agreement, or other confirmation issued or accepted by the responsible division.
3. Division Terms
Each CSG division may maintain its own website, policies, quotes, and commercial terms. Purchases, deposits, production work, installations, warranties, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the terms applicable to the division handling the transaction, not by these corporate Site Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, server, accounts, or data;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or evade security controls;
- use automated tools in a manner that burdens or disrupts the Site;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing material; or
- copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as allowed by law or written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, copy, graphics, logos, names, and other content are owned by or licensed to CSG or the applicable division and are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the Site under these Terms. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Accuracy and Availability
We aim to keep Site information accurate, but capabilities, coverage, availability, links, and content may change. Site content is general information and is not a binding specification, quote, guarantee, professional advice, or promise that a particular division will accept a project. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

Links to division or third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Use of those sites is subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSG and its divisions, owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable legal rights, disputes relating solely to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
